If you'd rather meet face-to-face, we also offer an Architect Site Consult a 1.5-hour session in your home with immediate feedback and guidance.
We’ll visit your home for a consultation, offering immediate feedback on your project ideas, existing conditions, or renovation challenges.
There’s no obligation to continue with our services, and while this visit doesn’t include a formal report, we’ll follow up with a brief summary email and any sketches created during the meeting.
Best of all, House Call clients receive $450 off a future Home Masterplan Report.

If you’d like to talk through early ideas, test feasibility, or gain clarity before committing to the design process, we’ll meet you on-site to discuss your goals and constraints. This session provides strategic guidance, not drawings or a full report.
Inclusions:
1.5 hour Architect Site Consult (Standalone On-site Briefing Session)
Discussion of opportunities, priorities, and practical considerations
Short follow-up email summarising key points and next steps
Any sketches created during the visit (if applicable)
If you later proceed with a Home Masterplan Report, you’ll receive a $450 credit, and this consultation will replace the On-site Briefing Session in that process — meaning we won’t repeat the site visit.

Yes. Your Clarity Call is a complimentary 20-minute conversation with an architect, with no obligation to proceed with any further services.

Yes. Clarity Calls are held via Microsoft Teams video call.
You’ll receive a Teams link with your booking confirmation. We recommend checking that Teams is working on your computer, tablet or phone around 10 minutes before your appointment so you’re ready to join when the call begins.

You can usually join a Teams meeting from your web browser, although the Teams app generally provides the smoothest experience.
If you haven’t used Teams recently, please test your camera, microphone and connection around 10 minutes before your appointment.

Yes. Microsoft Teams includes live captions, which display spoken conversation as text on your screen.
You can turn captions on yourself during the meeting. If you would like some help setting them up, just let us know in the meeting chat and we’ll happily help.
Captions aren’t displayed automatically because not everyone wants them on their screen.

You don’t need to prepare anything formal. It is helpful to have a rough idea of what you would like to change, your likely budget and when you are hoping to start.
The call is designed to help you work out what your next step should be, so you don’t need to have everything figured out beforehand.
