  • Architectural Specification & Schedules
    Ready-to-quote construction specs aligned with tilt-up construction systems and NCC Class 7/8 compliance.

  • Coordination with Your Consultants
    Structural, civil, and services consultants to be engaged directly by the client, at our recommendation – we provide clear architectural bases and liaise as needed.

  • Optional: Early Contractor Involvement (ECI)
    Prefer to bring a builder in early? We can involve one of our trusted partners to provide cost-planning and construction insight from the start.

Industrial Warehouse Documentation

  • Typically, yes - depending on the zoning, overlays, and council requirements for your site. We review these early and advise what drawings will be needed – some most require both planning and building permits; others only need the latter.

  • Yes. We can work with your preferred builder, or involve one of ours early via an ECI contract. You stay in the driver’s seat either way.

  • We include basic planning reports for simple applications. If your site requires more complex planning input, we’ll recommend a trusted town planner. Engineering and services consultants must be engaged directly by the client.

  • Absolutely. Clients can use our architectural drawings and renders to secure permits and increase sale value before construction.

  • Yes. We offer optional in-house rendering, and interior design services for office/boardroom areas if required.

  • Yes. Contract administration is available as an additional service, structured as a monthly retainer, for clients who want support during construction.
